INSTALLATIONS

Wambrook supervises plant installations and / or its components such as; stock preparation, vacuum system, paper machine, slitter winders, roll handling system, auxiliary equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, central lubrication, condensate system, etc.

Installation of plant or equipment can also be divided into the following activities:

 

 

 

· Installation of all the mechanical equipment

 

· Installation of steel structures ( platforms, pipe racks and building structures)

 

· Installation of all the electrical equipment (MCC’s, VDF’s and transformers)

 

· Installation of the instrumentation

 

· Installation of hydraulic , pneumatic and

 

· vacuum systems

 

· Grouting (non shrinking and concrete) , Tank insulations  , Acid proof tile lining works , Painting of tanks and steel structures
